What to drink to quench the thirst during this summer in Chennai?

The summer has already started to suck us up...and every where you could sea people opting for juices instead of those hot tea and coffee that they have opted for just few weeks back...
So I thought I could share what I usually  prefer drinking during the hottest summer...

Amla juice...













I just got the taste of it when I visited Madurai during ... some what same time in march ....and the climate there was more terrible and happened to attend a fair there ,and the roof top was made of tin sheets... and I got thirsty every now and then... so I happened to go to the water booth ,often... on the way I met my friend who happened to be a nutritionist... she just asked me  if I would come out for a small walk... 
I just made some arrangements in the stall and told some one to take care of it and set on a ride with her ...We just walked through a deserted park for about ten minutes and reached a small shop ,where a board hung up saying "amla Juice" she just got a bottle for herself and one for me and told me to drink it... I first hesitated ,as I thought I would catch cold ...  but she insisted me to drink it...so  I drank it.
Then when I came back .... I did not feel the thirst that often...Wow that was a magic!!! 
when I happened to meet her again in the evening she told ... that Amla juice keeps your body cool that's why the thirst was reduced...
From then on ,when ever summer hits I buy the concentrate and make a juice of it and drink it... it helps
to keep us hydrated for long.

Do you believe in super humans ? I DO

Today I happened to listen to the "sarfarosh ki thamanna ",song from Bhagath Sing movie.
When ever I hear this song, only one question comes in my mind .how was it possible for the young bagathsing to become a super human  shaheed Bagathsing .How did he became such a selfless leader,with ideas for future bright India.?

Similarly how did a lean simple advocate Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi became the super human Mahathma Gandhi ji'.?
I recently read in the book "The monk who sold his Ferrari",the author Robin Sharma tells that when a human being works with a hope in his/her mind,he/she can see the mind powers fullest potential .The mind has such a great potential that ,you would do things which you would not have done otherwise , only that you have to feed your mind with the hope.
OK you may guess why am I jumping out of the track,ok lets get back to the track .
Shaheed Bagath sing And Mahathma Gandhi ji became super humans ,in the same way as many philosophers and leaders.They all had hope... hope that their nation would flourish in future ,they took a selfless path, Which gave them the superhuman qualities to lead a huge mass of common men.
They gave their life hoping that our nation would gain back its glory ,that it lost centuries ago.
Shaheed Bhagat Singh sing was a leader ,who had ideas for free India,Mahathma Gandhi ji wanted India to be free,but Bagathsing wanted India to be republic India,a self supportive free India  .
They became super humans in the hope that If India given to Indians it would make  glorious history .
But what is the big picture of present day India
We  Indina are separated  by parties,uniited by Face book ha ha joking
no We Indians are seperated by Parties,united by caste,creed,religion etc ,
news about women being raped ,by fellow Indian is a daily custom nowadays.
Quota is the main question on any ones mind when ever one sees any application form.
hooliganism is the adjective for majority of the Indian act.
Is this what our real leaders hoped for,the hope that kept the fire up in them to be selfless for us?
I do not think so.
Yes ,when i thought harder for solution for such bad shape functioning of our country ,I came up with a solution.
The solution is "VALUE"
 Its the human values,We ,our education,our work situation,our system lacks value.
If we sincierly think we have to do some thing for the selfless super heroes of our nation ,
we must do a simple thing.
We just have to impart value ,in every thing... well almost everything we do.
let it be questioning the value less behavior,or standing against value less system.
you can be creative in being so ,let it be simple ,but let it be long.

Super human leader left the hope for us to full-fill it with the Values.
